Beacons: Of Ambience

Upon my arrival, for the first time since the exile and era of missing time, I expected it all to hit me, like a bright violent beam, but it didn’t. Upon my arrival, I could only sit, and remember, totally lost of all time, and ignorant of my distant surroundings. It was you who seemed to be God sent. Descended upon the heavens to end some rainy summer morn, to bring light to a sky that had been sentenced to remain in darkness for all of eternity. It was you who made the light shine, it was you who brought me to the new light. But now, this place and all it’s entirety is poisoned, engulfed in some deathly poison. I breathed this poison, though I knew what my return would do, it was worth it. It was worth remembering the reason why I still live, the reason why I still strive, and the reason why I still fight. Despite my days triggering down with every swap of some new hours, I know that this war is only beginning. For after returning from the land of lights and angels, I bid farewell to this place, a farewell until your return, if it ever happens. This has all been merely a lesson to me. But more pain, longing, and anguish seeks to devour this soul now, instead of the premonized time. It is with this in mind, that I begin to make haste towards the brighter lights once again, as my time of exile has now concluded and this journey resumed. But you, whether a fourth coming, or a new soul to help guide me, has stepped into this shattered frame of a picture. And so now I leave this place of Ambience, never to return, until you descend once again.
