This moment is ever-so brief, and fading. Duality is such a gentle and pure concept at it’s core, but somehow these times have found a way to twist and bend it to it’s will – have found a way to corrupt it to it’s core. For now, the Duality that I have come to know, come to catch glimpses of throughout this voyage are now fading – along with the light and shadow as they make way for a darkness like something I have never known. The last of the light that is as of now within my reach, lies within the embers of my slowly beating heart. The last of the shadows that push on until the expiration, are shrouded around me, clinging ever so tightly to both mind and blade as they will soon become apart of a darkness that shall play a role so large in all of this, that I must surely act as their catalyst.

Your war is now over, and you are now fragmented like never before. For eras, you have fought for a light that had never truly belong to you, you have fought for a light that was nothing but a life, you have fought for a light that was of false origins – and now, both you and I alike, must pay the price. What we’re faced with now is much more sinister than the violent force of the cavern walls, and much more treacherous than the forces lurking within the corners of towering castles above. What we’re faced with now was always meant to be a part of the process, was always meant to be brought upon. For what we’re faced with now is entropy coming about – for we are warriors of the shadows. We are not ones that devour like black holes, but instead, are the ones that trigger the devouring of black holes. Perhaps this has been our role in this Duality all along.

I cannot say all along that this is what I have longed for, but it seems like now, more than ever before I have begun to get tied into these Fates as well. We now tread on opposite lines of the great divide, however our roads our similar – with our final destination being exactly the same. We surely shall meet again soon, but what lies ahead for me are the darkest crevices and places that remain along the only road that is left to me. The only road that will lead me to what was always meant to be. The only road that will guide me to becoming all that I am.
